Fees & Insurance
I am out of network for all insurance plans. As a courtesy, I can submit claims directly to your insurer, should your plan include out-of-network benefits.
Full payment is due at the time of each session. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations
I require 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Less than a 48-hour notice may result in a charged cancellation fee equal to the full service fee.
